Hiya pals!
Janey here. Temperatures are dropping, I’m sipping hot cider…It’s officially fall! What a busy time of year: I have school, juggling, and I have to stay strong! That’s hard! But it’s not impossible, so I’ve come up with some tips to stay focused, happy, and healthy. This is a good time of the year to set the habits that will make the school year go so much smoother. Below are my favorite ideas:
Be Active: Get moving! Whether you join a sports team or run around with your friends, it’s important your body is moving. This might be a stressful time of year because everything is new and changing. But guess what? Exercise makes you happier AND relieves stress and tension; it’s a great cure for whatever ails you!
Be Aware: Focus on what you’re doing. The year can pass by quickly, so do things that make your year meaningful. Join a club, start an indoor herb garden, take up running. Don’t be afraid to try new things!
Be Balanced: Sleep well, pack your own healthy lunch, start moving, and find time for friends. It might sound like a lot, but it’s do-able! Make sure you’re finding time to juggle smiling and breathing. These healthy habits will help your year be AWESOME! Good luck, friends!
