The book, Janey Junkfood’s Fresh Adventure, is a very good book because it shows children how to eat healthy in a fun way. I now want to stop eating junk food and snacking before and after breakfast. I try to eat less sugary food and focus on healthy food. I am even making up my own healthy recipes. There are also some delicious healthy recipe tips (in the book). My favorites are Veggie Confetti, Chill Sticks, and Make-a-Face.”
