As many of you are likely aware, March is National Nutrition Month. And when you work for a nutrition education organization like FoodPlay, National Nutrition Month is one of the most energizing times of the year. Sponsored yearly by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (formerly the American Dietetic Association), National Nutrition Month offers us all the opportunity to talk more about nutrition, and here at FoodPlay, we’ll be talking about it every day.
Leading the charge is our own fearless leader, Barbara Storper, MS, RD, whose new blog feature Hands-On Nutrition will be offering up strategies for turning kids on to healthy eating and active living in quick & easy, bite-sized morsels every weekday in March!
